Scott Mulkey is a highly experienced professional with over 25 years of expertise in accelerating client onboarding and modernizing CCM/CXM solutions for service providers. As a co-founder of Quantre Solutions in 2007, Scott has focused on supporting industry service providers and enterprises in the financial, insurance, and healthcare industries. 

Through his experience, Scott has designed and implemented three CCM solutions and modernized two for enterprises and an industry technology company. His solutions have maintained each service provider's unique differentiator while delivering on project goals, such as workflow optimizations, reconciliation and reporting, and increasing capacity throughputs without increasing resources. 

Scott is a regular speaker, contributor, and thought leader at industry conferences regarding modernization strategies such as communication rationalization, conversational form experiences, and optimizing print production through white paper factory solution designs. With his experience as Operations Manager at Docucorp International's business process division, where he served over 150 customers, Scott brings valuable expertise to his role at Quantre Solutions. 

Scott led his Quantre team with the release of CxStrategizer, a presale analysis tool for CCM/CXM service providers. CxStrategizer helps reduce implementation and migration timelines, enhances customer experiences, and accelerates the time-to-market. CxStrategizer supports the industry trend of accelerating client onboarding through workflow automation and self-service analysis tools.

In 2022, Xplor International, The Electronic Document Systems Association®, recognized Scott Mulkey's 25 years of industry experience and awarded him the industry certification of Electronic Document Professional (EDP)®.

In 2023, Xplor International again recognized Scott's industry experience and awarded him the industry designation of Master Electronic Document Professional (M-EDP). Scott's declared area as a subject matter expert was CCM and CXM Strategy Consulting.

Before joining Quantre, Cecilia served in various capacities, including Project and Release Manager, Business Systems Analyst, and Quality Assurance Manager. She was previously an E-Business Technical Design and Usability Lead with 21st Century Insurance/Farmers Insurance, where she was responsible for the company’s online applications. With her extensive knowledge of communications rationalization, Cecilia is a valuable asset to the Quantre team and is committed to helping clients optimize their workflows to achieve their business goals.

He is well-versed in data modeling with a keen eye for identifying and resolving potential data quality issues before they become problems.
